Glance (verb) جھلک، نظر ڈالنا

take a brief or hurried look.
Example: “Ginny glanced at her watch”
Synonyms: take a quick look, look quickly, look briefly, peek, peep, glimpse, catch a glimpse of
Antonyms: gaze, scrutinize


Capricious (adjective) غلط رویہ، متغیر، موجی

given to sudden and unaccountable changes of mood or behaviour.
Example: “a capricious and often brutal administration”
Synonyms: fickle, inconstant, changeable, variable, unstable, mercurial, volatile, erratic
Antonyms: stable, consistent


Tyranny (noun) ظلم، استبداد

cruel and oppressive government or rule.
Example: “refugees fleeing tyranny and oppression”

Sordid (adjective) سخت، کمینہ، گندا، خستہ حال
