Deplorable (adjective) افسوسناک، بدقسمتی،غمگین

deserving strong condemnation; completely unacceptable.
Example: “children living in deplorable conditions”
Synonyms: disgraceful, shameful, dishonourable, disreputable, discreditable, unworthy, shabby
Antonyms: admirable


Negligent (adjective) غفلت، لاپرواہی

failing to take proper care over something.
Example: “the council had been negligent in its supervision of the children in care”
Synonyms: careless, failing to take proper care, remiss, neglectful, lax, irresponsible
Antonyms: careful, attentive, conscientious


Liable (adjective) لائق، ذمہ دار

responsible by law; legally answerable.
Example: “the credit-card company is liable for any breach of contract”
