Clandestine (adjective) چوری چھپے، خفیہ، پوشیدہ

kept secret or done secretively, especially because illicit.
Example: “she deserved better than these clandestine meetings”
Synonyms: secret, covert, furtive, surreptitious, stealthy, cloak-and-dagger, hole-and-corner, hole-in-the-corner
Antonyms: open, above board


Seemingly (adverb) بادی النظر میں، بظاہر

so as to give the impression of having a certain quality; apparently.
Example: “a seemingly competent and well-organized person”
Synonyms: apparently, on the face of it, to all appearances, as far as one can see/tell, on the surface
Antonyms: genuinely


Protagonist (noun) ممتاز شخص، جیالا، مداح، سرغنہ

the leading character or one of the major characters in a play, film, novel, etc.

Adamant (adjective) اٹل، سنگ خارا، سختی سے قائم

Exacerbate (verb) بدتر کرنا، شدید تر کرنا، بگاڑنا
