1. China committed to CPEC, regional peace, Xi assures Kakar

Pakistan and China on Thursday reiterated their resolve to further cement their partnership for a shared future and benefit of their peoples, with caretaker Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar saying Islamabad would not allow anything to undermine the strategic partnership with Beijing.

2. Pakistan sends humanitarian aid for people of Gaza

Pakistan has sent aid, including medicines and tents, for the people of Gaza, according to the Foreign Office spokesperson.
A chartered aircraft carrying 100 tonnes of essential medical supplies, tents, and blankets departed from Islamabad for Egypt on Thursday.
From Egypt, these items will be sent to the people in the besieged enclave, said Mumtaz Zahra Baloch


3. `High-value target` among six terrorists killed in military operation: ISPR

Six terrorists, including a `high-value target`, were killed by security forces during an operation in the Gharyoum town of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa`s North Waziristan district, the military said on Thursday.
The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement that two `fierce encounters` took place between troops and militants in North and South Waziristan on Wednesday Thursday night

The Market Committees Management Information System was officially launched in Lahore on Thursday.
Caretaker Agriculture Minister SM Tanvir opened the system. He said Punjab`s agricultural markets generate Rs2.9 billion annually.
He said the digitisation of this system would improve tax collection processes and maintain accurate records of market activities while reducing instances of black marketing


5. Food exports rise 18pc in July-Sept

Pakistan`s food exports grew more than18percentintheñrstguarterofñcalyear202324 to $1.28 billion, according to data released by the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS).
The surge in food products exports can be attributed to the unprecedented rupee depreciation. In addition, persistent disruptions in the supply chain and higher prices in the international market have led to a soaring demand for food products

7. Brutalities expand to West Bank as Israel kills 12 in refugee camp

The Israeli forces on Thursday extended atrocities to the occupied West Bank, killing 12 Palestinians and pounded a military base in Syria as calls for humanitarian aid swelled for the helpless people of Gaza Strip.
