Augment (verb) بڑھانا ، اضافہ کرنا

make (something) greater by adding to it; increase.
Example: “he augmented his summer income by painting houses”
Synonyms: increase, make larger, make bigger, make greater, add to, supplement, build up
Antonyms: decrease


Farcical (adjective) مضحکہ خیز، مذاقیہ

relating to or resembling farce, especially because of absurd or ridiculous aspects.
Example: “he considered the whole idea farcical”
Synonyms: ridiculous, preposterous, ludicrous, absurd, laughable, risible, nonsensical, futile
Antonyms: grave, serious, solemn, dismal


Brittle (adjective) خستہ ، نازک، خشک ٹوٹ جانیوالا

hard but liable to break easily.
Example: “her bones became fragile and brittle”

Antonyms: flexible, resilient


Amelioration (noun) درست کرنا، بہتر ہونا، سدھارنا

Transpire (verb) انکشاف ہونا، واقع ہونا
