Detrimental (adjective) نقصان دہ، ضرر رساں

tending to cause harm.
Example: “recent policies have been detrimental to the interests of many old people”
Synonyms: harmful, damaging, injurious, hurtful, inimical, deleterious, dangerous, destructive
Antonyms: benign, beneficial


Sprawl (verb) بے ڈھنگے انداز میں بدن کا پھیلنا، لوٹنا

sit, lie, or fall with one’s arms and legs spread out in an ungainly way.
Example: “the door shot open, sending him sprawling across the pavement”
Synonyms: stretch out, lounge, loll, lie, lie down, lie back, recline, drape oneself, be recumbent
