Constrained (adjective) پابندی کا، مجبوری کا

appearing forced or overly controlled.
Example: “he was acting in a constrained manner”
Synonyms: unnatural, awkward, self-conscious, mannered, artificial, wooden, stilted, strained
Antonyms: relaxed


Impede (verb) روڑے اٹکانا، روکنا

delay or prevent (someone or something) by obstructing them; hinder.
Example: “the sap causes swelling which can impede breathing”
Synonyms: hinder, obstruct, hamper, handicap, hold back, hold up, delay, interfere with, disrupt

Impetus (noun) قوت، دھکا

the force or energy with which a body moves.
