Elude (verb) ٹالنا، بچ نکلنا

escape from or avoid (a danger, enemy, or pursuer), typically in a skilful or cunning way.

Dilapidated (adjective) برباد شدہ، تباہ حال

(of a building or object) in a state of disrepair or ruin as a result of age or neglect.
Example: “old, dilapidated buildings”
Synonyms: run down, tumbledown, ramshackle, broken-down, in disrepair, shabby, battered, rickety
Antonyms: smart, intact


Litigation (noun) دعویٰ، مقدمہ لڑنے کا عمل

the process of taking legal action.
