Distraught (adjective) مخبوط الحواس، پریشان خیال، گھبرایا ہوا

very worried and upset.

Antonyms: self-collected, gladdened, tranquil, self-composed


Agonize (verb) اذیت، درد، عذاب

undergo great mental anguish through worrying about something.
Example: “I didn’t agonize over the problem”
Synonyms: worry, fret, fuss, upset oneself, rack one’s brains, wrestle with oneself, be worried
Antonyms: abet, aid, assist, help


Vigilance (noun) چوکسی، ہوشیاری، نگرانی
