Paradox (noun) الٹی بات، متضاد

a seemingly absurd or contradictory statement or proposition which when investigated may prove to be well founded or true.
Example: “the uncertainty principle leads to all sorts of paradoxes, like the particles being in two places at once”
Synonyms: contradiction, contradiction in terms, self-contradiction, inconsistency, incongruity, anomaly
Antonyms: normality, explanation, success


Hapless (adjective) قابل رحم، قابل افسوس، ابھاگی

(especially of a person) unfortunate.
Example: “the hapless victims of the disaster”
Synonyms: unfortunate, unlucky, luckless, out of luck, ill-starred, ill-fated, jinxed, cursed, doomed
Antonyms: lucky


Aggravate (verb) بدتر کرنا، شدید تر کرنا، بڑھانا

make (a problem, injury, or offence) worse or more serious.
Example: “military action would only aggravate the situation”

Plentiful (adjective) بہت، کثیر، فراوان

existing in or yielding great quantities; abundant.
Example: “coal is cheap and plentiful”

Antonyms: scarce, meagre
