Govt Decides to Reduce Age Limit for CSS Exam by Two Years

The government has decided to reduce the age limit for CSS exams by two years.

According to sources, the government has proposed to reduce the age limit from 30 years to 28 years. The age limit for the examination of government employees has also been reduced by four years from 32 years.

It was mentioned that it also has been decided to rename the Central Superior Services (CSS) to the Central Services of Pakistan. It was also proposed to focus on the elimination of the difference between social and science candidates.

It was also suggested to introduce the percentile score system to provide equal opportunities to the candidates. The move to eliminate the special quota in the CSS examination for the candidates from backward areas is also under consideration. It has been proposed to set the special quota on the basis of the educational background rather than just the domicile

 

حکومت نے سی ایس ایس امتحان کے لیے عمر میں دو سال کمی کرنے کا فیصلہ کر لیا ہے۔

ذرائع کے مطابق حکومت کی طرف سے سی ایس ایس امتحان کیلئےعمر میں 2سال کمی کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے، امتحان کیلئے عمر کی حد 30 سے کم کر کے 28 سال کرنے کی تجویزسامنے آئی ہے۔

ذرائع کے مطابق سرکاری ملازمین کے امتحان کیلئے عمر کی حد میں 4 سال کمی کی تجویز تیار کی گئی ہے، سرکاری ملازمین کیلئےعمرکی حد 32 سال سے کم کر کے 28 سال کرنے کی تجویز سامنے آئی ہے۔

ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ سی ایس ایس کا نام تبدیل کر کے سینٹرل سروسز آف پاکستان رکھنے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے، سائنس اور سوشل سائنس امیدواروں میں نمبروں کا فرق ختم کرنے کی تجویز زیر غور ہے۔

ذرائع کے مطابق امیدواروں کو یکساں مواقع فراہم کرنے کے لیے پرسنٹائل سکور متعارف کرانے کی تجویز آئی ہے، پسماندہ علاقوں کے امیدواروں کیلئے امتحان میں سپیشل کوٹہ ختم کرنے کی تجویز بھی زیر غور ہے، سپیشل کوٹہ صرف ڈومیسائل کے بجائے تعلیمی بیک گراؤنڈ پر مقرر کرنے کی تجویز سامنے آئی ہے۔

  • This the very wrong decision by the Government of Pakistan rather than to focus give more relaxation to aspirants, govt reduced the age limit.
    In India the age limit for IAS for 32 years and 06 times they can try.
    I think government’s decision will decrease the result instead-of improving.

  • Government increases problem only, it doesn’t bring any improvement in css, they should bring such rules, through which candidates can get success in CSS easily
