Avarice (noun) طمع، لالچ، حرص

extreme greed for wealth or material gain.
Example: “he was rich beyond the dreams of avarice”

Exempt (verb) مستثنیٰ قرار دینا، مبرا کرنا، چھوڑ دینا

free (a person or organization) from an obligation or liability imposed on others.
Example: “they were exempted from paying the tax”

Stringent (adjective) بہت سخت، شدید، کڑا
