Incentive (noun) حوصلہ افزائی، ملازمین کو ملنے والا اضافی معاوضہ

a thing that motivates or encourages someone to do something.
Example: “give farmers an incentive to improve their land”
Synonyms: inducement, motivation, motive, reason, stimulus, stimulant, spur, impetus, encouragement
Antonyms: deterrent, disincentive

Severe (adjective) شدید، بے رحم، سخت ناگوار

(of something bad or undesirable) very great; intense.
Example: “a severe shortage of technicians”
Synonyms: acute, very bad, serious, grave, critical, dire, drastic, grievous, extreme, dreadful
Antonyms: minor, negligible, gentle, slight

Disruption (noun) خلل، رکاوٹ، منتشر کرنا

disturbance or problems which interrupt an event, activity, or process.
