Devastate (verb) برباد کرنا، تباہ کرنا، اجاڑنا

destroy or ruin.
Example: “the city was devastated by a huge earthquake”
Synonyms: destroy, ruin, leave in ruins, wreck, lay waste, wreak havoc on, ravage, ransack, leave desolate
Antonyms: repair, success, enrich, underspend, inactivity


Ambit (noun) دائرہ کار، حدود، حلقہ

the scope, extent, or bounds of something.
Example: “a full discussion of this complex issue was beyond the ambit of one book”
Synonyms: scope, extent, bounds, confines, limits, range, breadth, width, reach, sweep
Antonyms: angle, area, center


Autonomous (Adjective) خود مختار شخص، خودمختاری، تصرفہ

(of a country or region) having the freedom to govern itself or control its own affairs.
Example: “the federation included sixteen autonomous republics”
Synonyms: self-governing, independent, sovereign, free, self-ruling, self-determining, autarchic
Antonyms: unfree, dependent


Dubious (Adjective) مشکوک، مشتبہ

hesitating or doubting.

Unrestrained (Adjective) کھلا ہوا، بے قابو

Sagacious (Adjective) دانشمند، عالم، دانائی، فہم، فراست

Dormant (Adjective) غیر فعال ہونا، معطل، بے حس و حرکت

(of an animal) having normal physical functions suspended or slowed down for a period of time; in or as if in a deep sleep.
Example: “dormant butterflies”

Brandish (verb) ہلانا، جھولا، لہرانا

wave or flourish (something, especially a weapon) as a threat or in anger or excitement.

Chauvinist (noun) اپنی بالا دستی ماننے والا، جنگجو، وطن پرست

a person displaying excessive or prejudiced support for their own cause, group, or sex.
