Stipulate (verb) بیان کرنا ، شرط لگانا

demand or specify (a requirement), typically as part of an agreement.

Antonyms: break, calculate, confuse, decline


Substantial (adjective) خاصی بڑی، خاصی مقدار، معقول حد تک

of considerable importance, size, or worth.
Example: “a substantial amount of cash”
Synonyms: considerable, real, material, weighty, solid, sizeable, meaningful, significant
Antonyms: insubstantial, worthless


Disseminate (verb) مشہور کرنا، پھیلانا، پھیلاﺅ

spread (something, especially information) widely.
