The Higher Education Commission, Pakistan in collaboration with China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) offers fully-funded scholarships for outstanding Pakistan engineers having valid PEC registration to study Masters of Engineering (Transpiration and its sub-fields) at South East University (SEU), China.

Note: It is advised in applicants’ own interest to complete and submit online application without waiting for deadline.

Application hardcopies are not required by HEC at this stage of application process.

The deadline to apply on HEC online e-portal is: Friday March 22, 2019
