Qualification: LL.M. or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission and two years active Practice as an Advocate or LL.B (with 50% aggregate marks) or equivalent from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission and four years active practice and Advocate
Age: Male: 28 to 35 + 5 = 40 Years, Female: 28 to 35 + 8 = 43 years
