Plenary (adjective) مکمل، غیر محدود، تمام و کمال، پورا

unqualified; absolute.

Illicit (adjective) ناجائز، ممنوع، ناروا، قانون کے خلاف

forbidden by law, rules, or custom.
Example: “illicit drugs”

Adequate (adjective) مناسب، موزوں، کافی
