Tedious (adjective) ناگوار، بیزار کن، اکتا دینے والا

too long, slow, or dull; tiresome or monotonous.
Example: “a tedious journey”
Synonyms: boring, monotonous, dull, deadly dull, uninteresting, unexciting, unvaried, unvarying
Antonyms: exciting, interesting


Eradicate (verb) جڑ سے اکھاڑنا، بڑی تعداد میں ہلاک کرنا

destroy completely; put an end to.
Example: “this disease has been eradicated from the world”
Synonyms: get rid of, eliminate, do away with, remove, suppress, exterminate, destroy, annihilate
Antonyms: implant, import, instil, foster


Halt (verb) وقفہ، مقام کرنا، رک

bring or come to an abrupt stop.
Example: “there is growing pressure to halt the bloodshed”

Complacent (adjective) مطمئن، آسودہ خاطر
