Ambiguity (noun) ابہام

the quality of being open to more than one interpretation; inexactness.
Example: “we can detect no ambiguity in this section of the Act”
Synonyms: ambivalence, equivocation, obscurity, vagueness, abstruseness, doubtfulness, uncertainty
Antonyms: unambiguousness, transparency


Lenient (adjective) درگزر کرنے والا، رحم دلی، نرم

(of a punishment or person in authority) more merciful or tolerant than expected.
Example: “in the view of the Court the sentence was too lenient”
Synonyms: merciful, clement, sparing, forgiving, forbearing, tolerant, moderate, charitable
Antonyms: merciless, severe, strict


Severity (noun) سختی، شدت، سخت گیری

the fact or condition of being severe.
