Stipulate (verb) بیان کرنا ، شرط لگانا

demand or specify (a requirement), typically as part of an agreement.
Example: “he stipulated certain conditions before their marriage”
Synonyms: specify, set down, set out, lay down, set forth, state clearly, demand, require
Antonyms: break, calculate, confuse, decline


Substantial (adjective) خاصی بڑی، خاصی مقدار، معقول حد تک

of considerable importance, size, or worth.
Example: “a substantial amount of cash”
Synonyms: considerable, real, material, weighty, solid, sizeable, meaningful, significant
Antonyms: insubstantial, worthless


Disseminate (verb) مشہور کرنا، پھیلانا، پھیلاﺅ

spread (something, especially information) widely.
Example: “health authorities should foster good practice by disseminating information”
Synonyms: spread, circulate, distribute, disperse, diffuse, proclaim, promulgate, propagate
Antonyms: repress, suppress, stifle, discountenance


Resurrect (verb) دوبارہ زندہ کرنا، احیائ
