Contiguous (adjective) قریبی، ہم سرحد، متصل

sharing a common border; touching.
Example: “the Southern Ocean is contiguous with the Atlantic”
Synonyms: adjacent, neighbouring, adjoining, bordering, next-door, abutting, joining, connecting
Antonyms: distant


Precipitous (adjective) جلد عمل، تیزی سے، جلد بازی

(of an action) done suddenly and without careful consideration.
Example: “precipitous intervention”
Synonyms: hasty, overhasty, rash, hurried, rushed, impetuous, impulsive, spur-of-the-moment
Antonyms: calm, flat, kind, nice


Renounce (verb) استعفیٰ دینا، دستبردار ہونا، چھوڑنا

formally declare one’s abandonment of (a claim, right, or possession).
Example: “Isabella offered to renounce her son’s claim to the French Crown”
